Shipping times and costs
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.
Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, the user will receive a shipping confirmation email.
In the event that delivery is prevented due to force majeure, or if additional delivery charges arise due to an address change or specific conditions (for example: limited traffic zones, lack of access for dedicated vehicles, upper floors), VESTA S.R.L. will contact the user by email to inform them of any delivery delays or additional costs. VESTA S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties and/or force majeure.
If delivery is unsuccessful because the recipient is absent at the указан address, the courier will leave a notice confirming the delivery attempt. The notice will include the information the user needs to contact the courier and arrange a second delivery attempt. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be held in storage and VESTA S.R.L.’s Customer Service will contact the user to release the shipment and ensure delivery as soon as possible. If this further attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchased product will be returned to VESTA S.R.L.
Thirty (30) days after the product has been returned to VESTA S.R.L., the contract shall be deemed terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. VESTA S.R.L. will refund the amount paid by the user net of: failed delivery costs, return shipping costs to VESTA S.R.L., and storage/handling costs. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the user by email. The refund will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the address indicated in the order form.
The risk of loss or damage to the purchased product remains with VESTA S.R.L. until the product is delivered by the carrier to the purchasing user, or to anyone accepting delivery on the user’s behalf. If the package shows clear signs of tampering or alteration, the user must report this at the time of delivery by signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document provided by the courier with reservation. If the user fails to report as indicated above, the customer may not bring any claim against VESTA S.R.L., which shall not be held responsible where no notice has been given by signing with reservation.

Return policy
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 regarding “contracts negotiated outside business premises”, if dissatisfied with the purchase, the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods by submitting the online request through the Personal Area of our website and waiting for confirmation from our team.
VESTA S.R.L. will indicate the courier, date and time for collection of the return. Return shipping using the courier indicated by VESTA S.R.L. will be free of charge. If the returned product is shipped using a different courier, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer/user.
The product must be returned in perfect condition (for example: clean, free of scratches, damage or dents, abrasions). Products must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, components and any informational materials contained in the original box. Otherwise, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph 2, of the Italian Consumer Code, the user is liable for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In such case, VESTA S.R.L. reserves the right to request compensation for the reduction in value.

For exercising the right of withdrawal, the returned goods do not need to be insured against theft or accidental transport damage. However, since the risk relating to the return shipment lies with the purchaser, VESTA S.R.L. invites the purchaser who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to insure the shipment, at their own expense, for the value indicated in the order confirmation email.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of products made to measure or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
How to make a return
If you already have an account, simply log in to your Personal Area, go to Orders, select the order you wish to return and click the button to request a return, indicating in the relevant section the reason and the items to be returned.
If you purchased as a guest, you must first create an account using the email address you used to place the order, and then follow the same steps described above.
You will be contacted shortly by our Customer Service team to authorize the return (photos may be required).
If the customer ships the item back at their own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred or guarantee the refund of the order.
Once the return has been authorized by our team, you may proceed with shipping the goods using the courier of your choice. The return must be sent to VESTA S.R.L., Via Jesina 56/A, 60022, Castelfidardo (AN), Italy, VAT no. 02013710427.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
In accordance with art. 56, paragraph 3, of the Italian Consumer Code, only after the product has been returned—and provided it has never been used by the purchaser—VESTA S.R.L. will issue the refund as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. The refunded amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refund times may vary depending on the payment method.
The refund is free of charge and will include only the amount of the product(s) being returned in the case of a partial return, while it will include the amount of the products and the original shipping costs in the case of a full return of the order.
