Reporting system
Vesta SRL has activated its own internal reporting channel in accordance with the new national and European legislation on so-called “Whistleblowing,” Legislative Decree 24/2023, which implemented in Italy EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019.
In compliance with the applicable legislation, the use of this portal ensures, including through the use of encryption tools, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person concerned, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation. The data of the reporting person will be processed exclusively by the individuals designated and authorized by the Company to manage reports.
This portal is available to employees, customers, and all stakeholders who, within their working context, have become aware of unlawful conduct, violations and/or facts that do not comply with company procedures and policies and, more generally, with laws and regulations. Reports must be made in good faith and must be based on precise and consistent elements. Anonymous reports that appear unfounded or lack sufficient detail will not be examined. In the case of manifestly unfounded or defamatory reports, the Company reserves the right to apply disciplinary measures or initiate legal action.
